Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 499vit platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on this platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.

By completing the 499vit account registration process, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity; (b) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete; (c) you are accessing 499vit of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only; and (d) gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform and you bear full responsibility for determining the legality of your use of 499vit.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between an English version and any other version of these Terms that may be made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 499vit platform is intended exclusively for use by adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.

Age Verification

499vit employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Failure to complete the KYC process will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Geographic Eligibility

499vit is operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the 499vit platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent any geographic restrictions applied by 499vit.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 499vit and its partner companies are not eligible to open a player account.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the 499vit platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid password. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.

Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one 499vit account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where 499vit identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be closed, all associated bonuses forfeited, and any pending withdrawals suspended pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 499vit account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 499vit will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

• Notify the 499vit support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for additional account security — this is strongly recommended.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Do not access your 499vit account from shared or public devices. If you must do so, ensure you log out completely after each session.

Account Verification (KYC)

499vit reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a copy of your National Identity Card, passport, utility bill, or mobile banking statement showing your name and address. Accounts that fail to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 499vit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 499vit supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. No foreign currency transactions or cryptocurrency payments are accepted.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although 499vit may apply limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your 499vit account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 499vit does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits must originate from a legitimate source. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is strictly forbidden and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to prevent money laundering.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for amounts up to ৳20,000 during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional manual review and may take up to one business day.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• 499vit reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 before releasing funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

499vit offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 499vit are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (or bonus-derived winnings) before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed on each promotion page.

General Bonus Conditions

• A player may only claim each bonus offer once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless specifically permitted.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is still active and the wagering requirement has not been met, 499vit reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
• 499vit reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses credited to accounts found to be in violation of the single-account rule will be voided in their entirety.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By participating in any game or betting market on the 499vit platform, you accept that all outcomes are subject to the applicable game rules, sports betting rules, and these general Terms. The specific rules governing each game type are available within the respective game interface or betting market.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the 499vit platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical processes conducted under supervision in professional studio environments. The mathematical house edge applicable to each game type is determined by the game provider and is independent of 499vit's operational decisions.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the system state recorded at the time of disconnection. If no valid game state can be recovered, the bet stake will be returned to the player's account.
• 499vit is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 499vit cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets are available subject to the availability of the relevant event.

• All odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay before confirmation to allow for live data processing. Bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded will be voided.
• In the event of a sporting event being suspended, postponed, or cancelled, 499vit will apply the relevant settlement rules as published for that sport or event type. Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed on the relevant market page.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 499vit platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal adult entertainment — and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Money Laundering: Using the 499vit platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 499vit complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live table games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the 499vit platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile banking provider after funds have been credited to your 499vit account and used for betting. Such actions will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 499vit account for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the 499vit platform by any person under the age of 18.

You agree to indemnify and hold 499vit harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform in a manner that causes harm to 499vit or any third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

499vit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or where 499vit has reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and betting markets.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their own 499vit account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 499vit will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before closing the account. Accounts closed voluntarily by a player with no outstanding bonus obligations will have their remaining verified balance returned to the player's registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate the self-exclusion feature directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be accessed for any gaming or betting activity. Effect of Closure on Funds

• Where an account is closed by 499vit due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Verified real-money deposits not subject to bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 499vit will use reasonable efforts to return verified legitimate funds where it is legally and operationally able to do so.
• Where an account is closed as a result of suspected fraud or money laundering, all associated funds will be held pending the outcome of any investigation and may be subject to asset recovery proceedings.
